Can I opt out of buying the Product if I'm selected in the Raffle?

By joining the Raffle, you are explicitly agreeing to purchase the Product, should you be chosen. If you've changed your mind about the Product, you can return it. Please see Returns and Refunds for details.

What happens to Products that are returned. Will they be offered for sale?

Returned Products will not be offered for sale. We reserve the right to use these Products for various marketing and PR purposes.

Can I choose which number I purchase?

Unfortunately you cannot select the number, as Products are drawn randomly.

What if I receive a broken Product?

We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact our Customer Service and they will assist you. Indicate your name, order number and Product concerned. Attach an image of the damaged Product if possible. You can find the order number in the shipping confirmation email we sent you. We would ask you to send back the broken Product. We will refund the money. We would not be able to send a replacement Product, as the manufactured quantity is limited.

What if charging my credit card fails on the 13th June when the winners are drawn?

If you are selected as a winner and charging your card fails on the 13th June, we will cancel your entry and move on to randomly selecting a new winner. Please make sure your card is valid and has sufficient funds thru 13th June.

Can I join the Raffle for more than one Product?

We allow you to join once per Raffle, and we allow only one (1) Product per entry, as we would like to ensure that each participant gets an equal chance of drawing one of the Products.

What happens if I joined the Raffle and was not selected?

If you’re not selected, you will not be able to purchase the Product. The reservation on your credit card will be released. You will be notified by email.

How many Products are there?

5000 Products were produced. 4998 Products are available for the Raffle. 

I was chosen as a winner, but have not received the Product, what should I do?

Where do you deliver?

The Product can be delivered to Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Baltics (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia), Poland, Germany, Ireland, The Netherlands, Luxembourg and Belgium. 

We are not able to deliver to the following: VAT-free areas, PO Box addresses, hotels, hostels or army barracks. See SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES for details.

How can I track the delivery of my Product?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

What happens if I’m not there to receive my delivery?

If your package cannot be delivered or it is not picked up from a pick-up point, it will be returned to us. As we can’t re-dispatch deliveries that have been returned to us as undeliverable or uncollected, we will consider your delivery cancelled and we will issue you a refund equal to the price of the Product. Please note, the cost of home delivery (for home deliveries in Finland only) will be deducted from the refund.
