Effective date: 12 March 2025

These terms (“Terms”) govern the raffle (“Raffle”) in which Moomin Arabia Family members can win a right to purchase a Moomin Arabia Home mug (“Product”) at a purchase price of EUR 189,90.

By entering the Raffle, the individual (“Participant”) agrees to be bound by the Terms.

The Raffle is organized by Fiskars Finland Oy Ab, Keilaniementie 10, 02150 Espoo, Finland (“Organizer”).

The Product can only be obtained by Moomin Arabia Family members through a winning entry in the Raffle. To participate in the Raffle:

1. Visit moomin80.moominarabia.com between 12th March 2025, 12.00 EET, and 17th March 2025, 16.00 EET.

2. Sign up for the Raffle (place an order for the Product). You are asked to provide your name, contact information, delivery address and valid credit card details (VISA or Mastercard). The Organizer will reserve EUR 189,90 on your credit card.

a. Please note that the order does not create a contract of sale. Any purchases are governed by the Terms of Sale as further specified under section 4 of these Terms.

3. There is a limit of one (1) order and one (1) Product per household. Subsequent orders will be void.

Following your entry, the Organizer will send to you an email acknowledging receipt of your entry. However, please note that this does not mean that you have been chosen as a winner.

Your credit card will not be charged the cost of the Product unless you win. See below section 4 for further information. In case you do not win in the Raffle, you will be informed by email and your credit card reservation will be released in accordance with your bank’s procedures, which may take several working days.

You can participate in the Raffle if you satisfy the following conditions:

• you are a Moomin Arabia Family member;

• you are at least 18 years of age;

• you are the owner or authorized holder of a valid credit card to pay for your purchase if you win;

• your credit card has sufficient credit to make the credit reservation of EUR 189,90;

• you provide your real name and correct and complete address, phone number, email address, payment details and other required information; and

• you are a legal permanent resident of Finland (excluding Åland), Sweden, Norway, Denmark or Germany.

The Organizer reserves the right to verify any Participant’s eligibility and reject Participants at its sole discretion. The Organizer’s employees, external workforce, third parties involved with the Raffle and their family members may not enter the Raffle.

7897 winners will be drawn. The Organizer will select the winners in a random drawing of all valid entries received. The odds of receiving eligibility to purchase depends on the number of valid entries received and availability of the Product.

Both winning and non-winning Participants will be notified by email within approximately twenty-four (24) hours of the Raffle closing. By participating in the Raffle, the Participant accepts that the notification sent to non-winning Participants may include marketing.

If a Participant has violated any of the Terms, then the Organizer reserves the right to cancel such Participant’s selection and draw and announce a new winner.

If a Participant is drawn as a winner, Participant’s credit card reservation will be charged on 18th or 19th March, after the Raffle has been concluded. The sale will be made final upon selection. The purchase of the Product is governed by the Terms of Sale.

Products will be delivered after the Raffle concludes. The Product is delivered by mail and sent only to an address in Finland (excluding Åland), Sweden, Norway, Denmark or Germany.

The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

The Organizer’s decision regarding any aspect of the Raffle and the draw is final and binding.

If you choose to participate in the Raffle, your personal data will be processed for the purposes of carrying out the Raffle. Providing first name, last name, contact information, delivery address and valid credit card details is required to participate in the Raffle. Participants are responsible for the correctness of the provided personal data.

Personal data is processed for the purposes of contacting the winning and non-winning Participants. In addition, for non-winning Participants, the credit card reservation will be released in accordance with Participants’ bank’s procedures, whereas the winning Participants’ credit card reservation will be charged, and the Product will be delivered.

Personal data is primarily processed based on contract (these Terms and Moomin Arabia Family program terms and conditions). Personal data is also processed based on consent subject to consent given for marketing purposes. Personal data may also be processed to comply with possible legal obligations (tax and accounting law requirements). By participating in the Raffle, Participants agree, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, that the Organizer, its parent and related companies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (the "Released Parties") shall not be liable for any damages, costs or disappointment arising out of participation in the Raffle or purchase of the Product, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorised human intervention in the Raffle; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Raffle or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the Participant's participation in the Raffle or purchase of the Product. The Released Parties accept no responsibility whatsoever for damage or loss resulting from late, lost or misdirected deliveries, or incomplete submissions. By taking part in the Raffle the Participant warrants that all information submitted is true, current and complete at the time of submission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Participant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct or indirect damages. The Participant agrees that the Released Parties have made no warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to any eligibility to purchase or receive the Product.

The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any Participant it deems to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Raffle, has attempted to cheat or abuse the process, including through use of programs or scripts that allow users to automate their entries, or to be acting in violation of the Terms or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Raffle may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, the Organizer reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by the Organizer to enforce any term of the Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies, or purports to limit, exclude or modify, the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under applicable mandatory consumer laws.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the Raffle and the Terms or to terminate the Raffle. The Organizer will notify the Participants through the Raffle marketing channels if the Organizer needs to make material changes to the Raffle, dates, availability or other factors, or if the Organizer decides to terminate the Raffle. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Raffle and Terms in a way that does not have a material impact on Participants without prior notice to Participants.

Unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Finland, exclusive of its choice-of-law rules and principles.

For the avoidance of doubt, the choice of law shall not set aside any statutory rights of the Participant and do not affect Participant’s legal rights which cannot be waived or limited by contract.
