1. What if I receive a broken Product?

We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact our Customer Service and they will assist you. Indicate your name, shipment number and Product concerned. Attach an image of the damaged Product if possible. You can find the order number in the shipping confirmation email we’ve sent you. We would ask you to send back the broken Product. We will refund the money. We would not be able to send a replacement Product, as the manufactured quantity is limited.

2. Can I return the Product?

You have a right to return and refund during a period of fourteen (14) days from the day you receive the Product. You can return the Product free of charge.

In case you want to return the Product during the withdrawal period, please contact our Customer Service indicating that you wish to return the Product. Please indicate your name, the product you wish to return as well as the shipment number and date. Our Customer Service will give you further instructions on how to return the Product.

You must return the Product to us without undue delay and the Product needs to be unused.

Please pack the Product carefully and place the filled return form inside the package. Attach the return label on top of the package and you can take it to the nearest Schenker / GLS Access Point. 

For orders shipped to Finland, take the return package to the nearest Posti office, use return code 676820, and remember to indicate the shipment number  and return code on the parcel. 

3. How long will my refund take?

Depending on your bank’s procedures, the refund may take several days from the moment the goods are received in our warehouse.
