RETURNS & REFUNDS

Please note that we will only process returns, replacements and refunds for products purchased on this Webstore. If you purchased our products from some other webstore or distribution channel, please follow the applicable seller’s return policy.

All refunds will be made by crediting the payment method used for the original purchase.

1. Can I cancel my order?

As soon as your payment has been authorized, we start to prepare your products for shipping.  Unfortunately we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed. You have a right of return and refund during a period of 14 days from the day you receive your order. For more information about returns, please go to “3. Can I return the product?" section. 

 

2. What if I receive a broken/faulty product?

We’re sorry for the inconvenience. Please contact our Customer Service and they will assist you. Indicate your name, order number and product concerned. Attach an image of damaged product if possible. You can find the order number in the shipping confirmation email we’ve sent you. Our Customer Service will arrange for the replacement or refund of such product. Replacements are only possible if we have the items in stock, in other cases you will receive a refund.

Please note that we will only refund any return delivery costs you have paid, although, as permitted by law, the maximum refund will be the costs of delivery by the least expensive delivery method we offer, unless otherwise confirmed by us in writing.

 

3. Can I return the Product?

You have a right of return and refund during a period of fourteen (14) days from the day you receive the Product. You can return the Product free of charge.

In case you want to return the Product during the return period, please contact our Customer Service indicating that you wish to return the Product. Please indicate your name, the product you wish to return as well as the order number and date. Our Customer Service will give you further instructions on how to return the Product.

You must return the Product to us without undue delay and the Product needs to be unused.

Please pack the Product carefully and place the filled return form inside the package. Attach the return label on top of the package and you can take it to the nearest Schenker / GLS Access Point . 

For orders shipped to Finland, take the return package to the nearest Posti office, use return code 676820, and remember to indicate the order number and return code on the parcel.

4. How long will my refund take?

Depending on your bank’s procedures, the refund may take several days from the moment the goods are received in our warehouse.
