SHIPPING & DELIVERIES

Deliveries are made only to the following countries: Finland (excluding Åland), Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, France, Poland, Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Belgium . The products will be sent to the delivery address or pick-up location address given by you in your order and as stated in the Order Confirmation.

Title in the products which you have ordered on the Webstore will pass to you at the time your chosen payment method is charged. The risk of the products will transfer to you on delivery, assuming we have received payment in full for such product.

We encourage you to examine the delivery package and received products as soon as possible after delivery and check that the delivered order is complete and that the products are in good condition. In case the products have been damaged in transportation or the delivery is incomplete, please contact Customer Service via email: info@moominarabia.com.

We cannot be held responsible for delay or failure to perform, if the delay or failure to perform is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (i.e. force majeure). We will take all reasonable steps to prevent and minimize the delay caused by such circumstances. In the unlikely event of substantial delay, you will be entitled to cancel your order without additional charges.

However, if for any reason we cannot deliver your order within thirty (30) days of your placing it, we will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to a full refund to the method of payment used by you.

1. How long will my delivery take and what does it cost?

 We expect a delivery time of 10-14 days.

  • Delivery to Finland (please note we are not able to deliver to Åland)
    • deliveries are made by Posti, you may select between pick up delivery or home delivery. We offer pick up delivery free of charge for orders above 100€. There is an additional 10€ fee for home delivery. There is a  5,90€ charge for delivery to a pick up location for orders below 100€
  • Delivery to Norway
    • deliveries are operated by GLS. We offer free delivery on all orders above 100€ . There is a  9,90€ charge for delivery for orders below 100€. Tax and custom fees are included.
  • Delivery to Sweden
    • deliveries are operated by GLS/Schenker.
    • only pick up, we offer free delivery on all orders above 100€. There is a  9,90€ charge for delivery for orders below 100€.
  • Delivery to Denmark, Baltics (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia), Poland, Germany, France, Ireland, The Netherlands, Luxembourg and Belgium.
    • deliveries are operated by GLS.
    • home delivery, we offer free delivery on all orders above 100€. There is a  9,90€ charge for delivery for orders below 100€.
  • Rest of the world
    • we are not able to deliver to other locations. 

2. Where do you deliver?

Deliveries can be made only to Finland (excluding Åland), Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, France, Poland, Germany, Ireland, The Netherlands, Luxembourg and Belgium. 

We are not able to deliver to the following: VAT-free areas, PO Box addresses, hotels, hostels or army barracks.

3. How can I track the delivery of my order?

To find out where your delivery is and when to expect it, find a tracking link in your shipment notification email.

4. What happens if I’m not there to receive my delivery?

For packages scheduled for home delivery, for undeliverable packages they will be transferred to a pick up location. The company delivering the package (Posti, GLS, Schenker/GLS) will leave a note with information on the pick-up location. If the package is not picked up from the pick-up point, it will be delivered back to us. The parcel is stored for 8 days by GLS and 7 days by Posti.

5. What happens if I cannot pick the parcel from the pick-up location?

Home deliveries are made during business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

If there's no Access Point near you or GLS was unable to leave you a note, please contact GLS to arrange a new delivery time.

If your package cannot be delivered or it is not picked up from a pick-up point, it will be returned to us. As we can’t re-dispatch products that have been returned to us as undeliverable or uncollected, we will consider your order cancelled and we will issue you a full refund, deducting the possible delivery cost of home delivery (in Finland).
